About the Role

Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) is seeking a Junior Salesforce System Administrator to support the Technology Solutions Operations Department. This role focuses on optimizing and expanding the Salesforce platform, enhancing user adoption, improving reporting capabilities, and supporting business processes across departments. Collaborating with stakeholders, this position ensures Salesforce effectively supports organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, customize, and configure Salesforce, including user management, security settings, data integrity, and updates.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation using declarative tools, with collaboration on development as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Oversee data import/export processes, ensuring data hygiene, deduplication, and quality control.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to deliver insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain documentation on processes, workflows, and configurations to ensure continuity and team knowledge.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize Salesforce processes for efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, best practices, and industry trends to maximize the platform’s capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Analytics, UX Design, or related fields (equivalent experience considered).
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
  • Trailhead Rank: Minimum Ranger.
  • Salesforce Superbadges (e.g., Platform App Builder, Admin, Flow) and certifications (e.g., Admin, Business Analyst, AI Specialist) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, capabilities, and data management principles.
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to complete a background check, pre-employment drug screening (as permitted by law), and baseline physical (for safety-sensitive roles).
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety in all job aspects, including fieldwork, office tasks, and travel.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform sedentary to light work, including frequent standing, sitting, walking, and occasional lifting of low to moderate weights.
  • Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Work primarily in indoor environments with occasional vehicle operation.
