About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain data integrity by performing cleaning, deduplication, and validation
- Design and manage Salesforce Flows to automate processes and replace outdated automation methods
- Manage security settings, including roles, profiles, and permissions
- Oversee sandbox management and deployments using Change Sets, DevOps, or CI/CD
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems for efficient data flow
- Provide user support, training, and documentation for system enhancements
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with an ADM-201 certification
- Proficient in Data Loader, Flow Builder, SOQL, and Salesforce security features
- Knowledge of change management and deployment best practices
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
