About the Role
The Senior Salesforce Developer at Suntory Global Spirits will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to support key business functions. This role involves creating custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, automating business processes, and leading technical initiatives across the Salesforce platform. The developer will mentor junior team members, ensure code quality, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Design and document technical solutions for Salesforce projects.
- Communicate technical solutions to stakeholders and manage design tradeoffs.
- Develop data structures, automation processes, Apex classes, and Lightning components for product development.
- Guide Salesforce solution designs for sales, service, and platform extensions.
- Build end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning).
- Automate business processes with Salesforce tools like Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, and email alerts.
- Follow coding standards to write clean, maintainable, and understandable code.
- Lead code reviews, write test cases, and ensure 85% test coverage.
- Provide technical oversight, guidance on user stories, code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Salesforce DX, DevOps management, Salesforce declarative configuration, Apex, Visualforce, and API development.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, UI development principles, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Background in delivering Sites, Portals, and Communities using Salesforce Experience Cloud and CMS.
- Skilled in developing test classes to ensure proper code coverage.
- Leadership experience with teams of varying Salesforce experience.
