About the Role
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will ensure the Salesforce platform and related tools are configured and maintained to support business goals. This role is part of the Strategy and Operations team, reporting to the Salesforce Manager. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to manage technical systems, collaborate across teams, and maintain data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and customise the Salesforce environment, including creating objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and automations.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to improve efficiency.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party tools.
- Address system-related questions and provide responsive support to users.
- Oversee projects to enhance processes and user experience.
- Align Salesforce operations with organisational goals and reporting needs.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and enhance system performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools, including Flows.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Expertise in data management and Salesforce data structures.
- Familiarity with Jira is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $116,772–$133,383.
