About the Role

The EBS team at TNS supports the ongoing development, optimization, and issue resolution of the Salesforce environment. The Senior Salesforce Developer will play a key role in building and maintaining Salesforce applications, managing integrations, and implementing automation across the platform. This position offers the opportunity to lead technical projects and support platform innovation while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and APIs
  • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables through collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Manage enhancements to existing Salesforce applications, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Create and maintain automation using Flow Builder, validation rules, custom objects, and other declarative tools
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through sound development and integration practices
  • Stay current with platform updates and recommend relevant improvements
  • Resolve incidents and technical challenges across the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Configure Salesforce features such as workflows, page layouts, apps, dashboards, and approval processes
  • Drive improvements in data governance and automation to maintain high data quality
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong command of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and data management best practices
  • Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with the software development lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in remote collaborative teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Administrator

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service
  • Familiarity with incident, change, or problem management processes
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, GitLab, Salesforce CLI)
  • Experience with Pardot or Marketing Cloud
  • Exposure to Einstein or Agentforce for AI-enabled automation
  • Understanding of JavaScript or Python
  • Background with other CRM platforms or enterprise systems
