About the Role
This role involves delivering technology solutions using nCino and Salesforce platforms to support business operations. Responsibilities include ongoing platform administration and support, working closely with IT, and participating in all stages of development, including analysis, design, testing, release, and maintenance. All work follows established Software Development Lifecycle processes.
Primary Responsibilities
Development, Implementation, and Support:
- Identify opportunities to improve business intelligence, workflows, and system efficiency.
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
- Develop and implement custom objects, page layouts, reports, dashboards, pipelines, and other Salesforce functionalities.
- Work with project management and business teams to document and prioritize fixes and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly.
- Maintain data accuracy through audits, troubleshooting, and bulk data imports.
nCino Administration and Enhancements:
- Document and track business logic, workflows, and customizations.
- Evaluate, document, and implement new nCino releases.
- Conduct application testing for new releases and internal system changes.
- Participate in system updates and configurations.
- Design, build, test, and deploy enhancements to nCino objects, workflows, alerts, reports, and dashboards.
Training and Communication:
- Develop and update training materials and documentation.
- Conduct training for new users and ongoing sessions for employees.
- Communicate system updates effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technology-related roles.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce and/or nCino administrator with strong technical and analytical skills.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for collaboration with management teams.
