About the Role
Join a team that drives innovative technical solutions to support sales and account management operations. As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll work with cutting-edge tools to deliver customized solutions that optimize business processes and enhance the user experience across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and more
- Handle Salesforce integrations with both internal and external systems
- Troubleshoot system errors and improve system performance
- Document technical processes and establish best practices
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline business processes across various teams
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience in a sales-driven organization, ideally within a Salesforce, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations team
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (or II) Certification
- Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira
- Strong business analysis and functional skills, including solution design and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier)
- Collaborative and detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
