About the Role
Halcyon is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to manage and optimize the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will work closely with teams to design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions that improve business workflows and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for configuring Salesforce environments, automating processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring security compliance. A strong focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Digital Experience is required. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving growth and efficiency in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and administer Salesforce to meet business needs.
- Design and implement automation solutions to streamline operations.
- Ensure data integrity and implement validation rules, flows, and integrations.
- Enforce security best practices for data protection and user access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with the Salesforce platform.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and participate in Agile development cycles.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and data management.
- Proficient in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce automation tools.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Salesforce DX, Change Sets, CI/CD).
- Strong experience with Git for version control.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder).
- Familiarity with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.
- Knowledge of third-party integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
- Financial services or cybersecurity industry background is a plus.
