About the Role

OakNorth is focused on enhancing customer visibility and creating a connected experience across our product lines (Business Banking, Lending, and Personal Savings). Our newly launched CRM Platform (Salesforce) plays a key role in achieving this goal. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage our Salesforce platform, ensuring it supports our business needs and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and customize Salesforce to align with business processes in sales, service, and marketing.
  • Develop and implement solutions, including custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, and automation tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into practical solutions.
  • Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
  • Manage Salesforce security features, including user roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency within Salesforce.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and training for Salesforce users.
  • Stay informed about the latest Salesforce features and updates.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align business and technical goals.
  • Participate in Agile processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Financial Services Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization (declarative development).
  • Experience with Salesforce AI tools (e.g., Einstein, Agentforce).
  • Familiarity with external AI integrations (e.g., OpenAI) for Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, FlexCards, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Process Builder and Flow Builder.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation languages (SOQL).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Iterable, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with both business and technical teams.
