About the Role
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will manage the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform. You will also lead the adoption of new Salesforce features and assist in product offerings to ensure smooth operations and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Salesforce administration, including production environment troubleshooting and offering recommendations for resolution.
- Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives to test new Salesforce features.
- Promote Salesforce adoption within the company.
- Collaborate in an agile environment to ensure Salesforce functionality aligns with business needs.
- Document technical processes and updates comprehensively.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce ecosystem updates and upcoming releases.
- Define, maintain, and promote Salesforce best practices, standards, and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce (Admin, Developer, or Consultant roles).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform, including Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (Data, Marketing, Financial Services, Revenue, etc.) is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of business processes such as CRM, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Proven experience integrating AppExchange products and enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git and Copado is a plus.
- Salesforce Certifications: Admin and Advanced Admin (preferred).
- Other certifications are a bonus.
