About the Role

As a Salesforce Analyst at Empower Pharmacy, the role is pivotal in optimizing Salesforce solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s mission. Collaborating with business stakeholders, the Salesforce Analyst will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce systems (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to meet specific business needs. The position involves a hands-on role in troubleshooting, system enhancements, and supporting users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce systems, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, configurations, and user guides.
  • Configure Salesforce features such as flows, page layouts, and reports based on business requirements.
  • Lead and assist with platform enhancement initiatives, including user training and adoption strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the system and work on solutions to address user requests.
  • Ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business processes and follow best practices for implementation and security.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce, particularly in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and Business Analyst certifications are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce core features, user management, and reporting.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with business process analysis.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in data management, reporting, and creating Salesforce workflows.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and continuously improve processes.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security models and experience with user access and permissions.
