About the Role

We are looking for an experienced architect to lead the technical design and delivery of advanced, customer-facing capabilities across the Salesforce platform, focusing specifically on CPQ solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Architect: Design end-to-end solutions for Sales, Service, and CPQ implementations, driving technical strategy and execution.
- Translate & Deliver: Work closely with developers, admins, architects, and analysts to turn complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and deliver user stories through both declarative and custom solutions.
- Integrate & Innovate: Define and implement sophisticated API-based integration strategies to connect Salesforce with external systems.
- Govern & Optimize: Ensure architectural designs meet high standards for data integrity, security, and performance.
- Document & Review: Create high-quality technical documentation, data models, and solution diagrams while leading code reviews, design workshops, and release planning sessions.
- Mentor & Elevate: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior team members, supporting skill development, and promoting platform ownership.
- Strategize & Advance: Contribute to backlog refinement, user story breakdowns, and acceptance criteria, driving agile development cycles.
- Anticipate & Recommend: Keep up-to-date with Salesforce roadmap releases and proactively suggest platform innovations that bring significant business value.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-8 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing complex Salesforce solutions, with a proven record of leading medium-to-large scale implementations.
- Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce, especially in CPQ and Pricing Optimization & Management (PO&M).
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, Salesforce Administration, and advanced architectural integration patterns.
- DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and governance models.
- Data & Security: Skilled in designing intricate data models, integrating external systems, and managing enterprise-level security and permissions.
- Strategic Communication: Excellent ability to align technology with business strategy and effectively explain complex technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Platform App Builder Certification
- Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant Certification
