About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and configuring our Salesforce platform to ensure smooth daily operations while driving continuous improvements to align with business objectives. You will combine technical knowledge with an understanding of business processes to enhance Salesforce functionality across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Administration: Configure and administer Salesforce to meet business needs, including user setup, security settings, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Customization & Development: Create and maintain custom fields, objects, page layouts, and workflows to improve system operations.
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop reports, dashboards, and custom views to provide valuable business insights.
  • Data Management: Maintain data integrity by managing imports, exports, de-duplication, and troubleshooting data issues.
  • User Support & Training: Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective Salesforce usage.
  • System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Ensure system performance by troubleshooting and resolving issues, ensuring high availability and optimal efficiency.
  • Enhancements & Integrations: Oversee system updates, enhancements, and integrations with other business tools.
  • Automation Management: Maintain Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers.
  • Stay Updated: Keep current on Salesforce best practices and updates to ensure the platform’s optimal use.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
  • Proficiency in creating custom reports, dashboards, and objects
  • Experience with data management tools like Data Loader and Workbench
  • Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)
  • Knowledge of third-party integrations and Salesforce AppExchange products
  • Experience with Salesforce Communities or Marketing Cloud
