About the Role
GoGuardian is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join the Sales Operations team. This role focuses on improving the Salesforce environment, making it easier and more effective for Sales and Support teams. The position involves refining processes, launching integrations, and collaborating across departments involved in the full customer journey — from lead to ongoing support. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, communicates clearly, simplifies complexity, and adapts well to change.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and update Salesforce automations (Flows, Validation Rules, etc.) to make work smoother across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Configure and manage user access settings.
- Resolve user and system issues promptly for Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Work with internal admins and cross-functional partners on projects and new integrations.
- Collaborate with external contractors to review and deliver technical solutions that align with business needs.
- Maintain third-party integrations and ensure smooth system performance.
- Test and review complex automations and data configurations.
- Oversee data accuracy efforts, including deduplication and security compliance.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce updates and suggest improvements to support business needs.
What You Bring
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, with a current certification (Advanced Administrator certification a plus).
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and knowledge of the full sales cycle in Salesforce.
- Passion for building efficient automations and workflows.
- Deep knowledge of access and security settings within Salesforce.
- Understanding of sales processes, including lead, opportunity, and quote stages; experience with CPQ and SaaS products is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with relational data models; background with education data or K-12 is a plus.
- Skilled in tools like Salesforce Workbench, SOQL, and Data Loader.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping an eye on detail in a fast-paced environment.
