About the Role

Olo, a leading SaaS platform driving digital transformation in the restaurant industry, empowers brands to deliver personalized, seamless, and profitable guest experiences. Its digital ordering, payment, and engagement solutions help restaurants streamline operations and build stronger relationships with guests. A skilled Salesforce Administrator is sought to support the Sales Operations team by designing and maintaining Salesforce solutions that enhance productivity across the sales organization. This role suits someone passionate about the Salesforce ecosystem, eager to support internal stakeholders, and focused on minimizing manual tasks for sales teams. Reporting to the Business Applications Manager, this position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into scalable system capabilities, directly contributing to revenue growth. This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from the New York City headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, customize, and configure Salesforce to meet complex business needs, including creating custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation flows.
  • Implement data governance strategies to ensure data quality, manage data migration and archiving, and maintain a clean, reliable database for decision-making.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to optimize workflows and improve system efficiency.
  • Conduct regular system audits, suggest improvements, and maintain low technical debt for optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and processes, and produce reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with deep understanding of Salesforce architecture.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Proficiency in all point-and-click automation tools within Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, delivering solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, staying up to date on Salesforce updates and best practices to recommend system enhancements.
  • Experience contributing to long-term Salesforce strategies that align with business goals.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced Administrator Salesforce Certification.
  • Familiarity with Apex and Lightning Component development to extend functionality beyond declarative options.
  • Experience with third-party applications and integrations from Salesforce AppExchange.
