About the Role

Hult EF is seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the ongoing development, support, and optimization of its Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integrations across departments—including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Service—and bring deep expertise in Salesforce automation, configuration, and third-party integrations. Experience with FinancialForce (Certinia), CRMA (Tableau CRM), and Account Engagement (Pardot) is essential for success in this role. The position offers hybrid working options and the opportunity to contribute to impactful, education-driven digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full administration and configuration of the Salesforce platform
  • Develop and implement custom objects, fields, flows, dashboards, and automation to optimize business operations
  • Provide end-to-end support for Salesforce users across teams, ensuring high system performance and data integrity
  • Maintain and enhance integrations with third-party tools such as FinancialForce, Account Engagement, and CRMA
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, offering timely and effective solutions
  • Support automation initiatives using Flow, Process Builder, and other native tools
  • Maintain user roles, profiles, and security settings
  • Collaborate with IT to uphold system integrations and data governance
  • Train users and document technical processes and procedures
  • Lead system upgrades, patches, and maintenance cycles
  • Manage Salesforce Communities, Case Management, Live Chat, and chatbot functionalities
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance CRM functionality

Skills & Experience Required

  • 4–5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, including Sales and Service Cloud
  • Strong expertise in Flow automation, Lightning Experience, and system configuration
  • Experience managing user permissions, security settings, and role hierarchies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce API integrations and data architecture principles
  • Practical experience with Account Engagement (Pardot), including connector setup and campaign automation
  • Familiarity with FinancialForce (Certinia) and CRMA (Tableau CRM)
  • Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) preferred
  • Additional certifications in Platform App Builder or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement are a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and independent working ability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
