About the Role

The Salesforce Administrator plays a central role in managing, enhancing, and supporting Mizuho OSI’s Salesforce ecosystem. This role spans user and data management, business analysis, automation, system integrations, and end-user education. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the administrator ensures Salesforce and connected tools like Pardot, Salesforce Field Service, and CPQ align with evolving business needs. This is a hands-on technical role that combines process optimization, data quality assurance, and strategic system improvement initiatives to support the broader IT and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce platform performance, user experience, and business alignment
  • Design and implement low-code/no-code automation, troubleshoot issues, and drive system improvements
  • Manage integrations with commercial systems via API or middleware (e.g., Salesforce Field Service, Pardot, EDI tools)
  • Support business units with custom reports, dashboards, and solutions for lead management and quoting workflows
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), manage change requests, and maintain system documentation
  • Provide training and ongoing support to internal users, ensuring adoption of new features and processes
  • Partner with IT and business analysts to analyze complex data issues and present integrated solutions
  • Participate in audits, quality assurance checks, and regulatory compliance procedures
  • Contribute to ongoing IT process documentation, project meetings, and performance reporting

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience including system configuration, user support, and deployment
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin) are a plus
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Salesforce Field Service, Pardot, Salesforce Maps, and CPQ
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, data models, and integration best practices
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, APIs, and front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is preferred
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in the medical device industry is preferred
