About the Role
Pilot is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of its Salesforce ecosystem. This role will lead the redesign and scaling of Salesforce architecture to support evolving business needs and GTM (Go-To-Market) operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex RevOps challenges, designing scalable CRM solutions, and integrating AI-driven tools to boost sales productivity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve CRM efficiency, data quality, and automation will be a key focus.
Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce administration, including configuration, data hygiene, user support, and system security.
- Redesign and scale Salesforce architecture to align with GTM strategies and business growth.
- Implement advanced automations, workflows, and AI-driven tools to enhance productivity.
- Integrate modern sales technologies for forecasting, analytics, and process optimization.
- Lead CRM audits, data cleanups, and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Oversee RevOps tech stack, optimizing tool adoption and managing vendor relationships.
- Develop a long-term CRM and RevOps systems roadmap.
- Conduct user training sessions and enablement programs to drive adoption and data accuracy.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or architecture.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Flow, Apex, Lightning, and data management best practices.
- Experience with AI-powered sales tools, such as conversational intelligence or predictive analytics.
- Strong knowledge of CRM integrations, marketing automation platforms, and revenue tech stacks.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Architect).
- Familiarity with tools like Outreach, Marketo, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Experience working in SaaS, B2B, or high-growth startup environments.
- Understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and CRM architectures supporting them.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $110,000 – $149,000 per year (San Francisco, CA).
