About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst to join our Information Systems team. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone with strong Salesforce configuration skills and a business analyst mindset, capable of translating business needs into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions. You’ll play a key role in hands-on Salesforce configuration, workflow automation, and process optimization, ensuring our systems support business growth while enhancing user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Salesforce, including flows, automation tools, security settings, permissions, and system setup.
  • Gather business requirements and develop user stories, process documentation, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Continuously improve and optimize existing Salesforce processes and workflows, identifying automation opportunities.
  • Lead requirements workshops, system demos, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
  • Provide direct system support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements.
  • Monitor system usage, performance, and user feedback, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Proactively assess downstream impacts of proposed system changes.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and implementation, particularly with flows and automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how to design efficient, scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business analysis and technical Salesforce administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the Salesforce development lifecycle and agile delivery frameworks.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Workato).
  • Background in healthcare, biotech, or regulated industries.
  • Experience in process optimization or business process reengineering.
