About the Role
The Salesforce Administrator role at Oshi Health involves collaborating with business partners and Salesforce engineers to manage and optimize the Salesforce platform, particularly focusing on Health Cloud and Sales Cloud. Responsibilities include platform configuration, daily maintenance, and scaling through automation and new feature implementation. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying business needs and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions that support clinical operations, commercial functions, and organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to assess, design, and develop Salesforce configurations.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce functionalities such as custom objects, page layouts, flows, roles, profiles, and third-party integrations.
- Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Act as a liaison among users, vendors, and engineering teams to facilitate Salesforce implementations.
- Identify and resolve upstream and downstream data issues affecting platform performance.
- Perform daily administrative tasks, including user account management, dashboard creation, and reporting.
- Test and validate system changes prior to deployment to ensure stability and usability.
- Train team members on platform updates and newly introduced capabilities.
- Stay updated on Salesforce product roadmaps and latest features to keep the platform innovative.
- Participate regularly in Salesforce Engineering team meetings to align development efforts.
Required Skills
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
- 3-4 years of Salesforce Administration experience with emphasis on Health Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customizations, and platform management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Strong SQL and SOQL skills for data analysis and creating data extensions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
- Experience working with Athena Health.
- Skilled in Salesforce Flow administration.
- Knowledge of Twilio and Talkdesk managed packages.
- Interest or experience with APEX programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Familiarity with development tools such as VS Code, Developer Console, Workbench, and Dataloader (or equivalents).
