About the Role

The Salesforce Developer role at Trustpoint.One is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional with over 5 years of experience. In this position, you will design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability and high performance. The role offers a chance to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet project goals and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Build and maintain integrations with third-party and internal systems.
  • Manage code and configurations using version control tools and Salesforce CLI.
  • Ensure strong test coverage and adherence to coding standards.
  • Participate in design discussions, documentation, and peer code reviews.
  • Create and execute test plans to ensure the quality of solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain application integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deliver results.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in version control tools and Salesforce CLI.
  • Experience building components for Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud.
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies to stay current in the field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with integration platforms, automation tools, or testing frameworks.
  • Salesforce certifications (Developer, Administrator, App Builder).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and data integration concepts.
