About the Role
Trulioo is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator (3–5 years) with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ. This role supports and enhances Trulioo’s global Salesforce platform, ensuring the CRM environment meets the needs of fast-growing teams across Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, record types, and dashboards
- Monitor performance and data quality, conducting regular audits and clean-ups
- Optimize Salesforce CPQ processes (products, bundles, pricing rules, quote templates, approvals)
- Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Create and manage declarative automations (Flows, validation rules, approval processes)
- Collaborate with RevOps and IT teams on integrations and data migrations
- Maintain release management best practices and change documentation
- Provide training and support to drive adoption among end-users
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience supporting Sales Cloud
- 1–2 years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) required; CPQ Specialist certification is an asset
- Strong skills in Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and Lightning pages
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and sharing
- Previous experience in a SaaS or fast-paced environment preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
