About the Role

The Salesforce Administrator will manage, monitor, and maintain the company’s Salesforce solutions, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business needs. Acting as the technical point of contact for Salesforce, the role includes implementing changes, integrating Salesforce with other software, and standardizing solutions across departments. This is a 12-month contract position with opportunities to contribute to strategic CRM projects.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, monitor, and maintain Salesforce solutions.
  • Implement enhancements and adjustments independently.
  • Serve as the technical contact for Salesforce, providing support and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify needs and deliver standardized solutions within Salesforce.
  • Work with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce into the company’s broader software ecosystem.

Required Skills

  • Degree in Business Informatics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or strong background in CRM systems.
  • Ability to approach problems creatively and develop technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in sales or service environments is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant, or willingness to pursue certification with company support.
  • Practical knowledge of integrating CRM systems with other business software.
  • Experience in identifying and addressing business requirements through Salesforce solutions.
