About the Role
The Salesforce Administrator will oversee the management, configuration, and optimization of the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and departmental needs. This role requires a proactive approach, combining core administration with participation in complex projects, system integrations, and data analysis to support efficient business processes across the firm.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce environment, including user accounts, security settings, data integrity, and system updates.
- Implement and refine Salesforce workflows, validation rules, automation, and processes using tools such as Process Builder and Flow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights.
- Oversee system integrations to ensure seamless data flow and automation across platforms.
- Lead or contribute to Salesforce-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills
- Salesforce Administrator Certification with core platform management expertise.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, data management, and end-user support.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification for complex automation, reporting, and security management.
- Salesforce Certified AI Specialist to deploy intelligent workflows using Salesforce AI tools.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Technical knowledge in Apex, JavaScript, or API integration.
- Proficiency in SOQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Analytics), and data management best practices.
- Understanding of IT fundamentals and cybersecurity practices (e.g., CompTIA Security+).
