About the Role

The Salesforce Developer / Administrator will work within a small, agile Salesforce team to optimize and automate business processes. This role involves developing and testing new automation, improving existing workflows, resolving user issues, and identifying opportunities to redesign processes for greater efficiency. The position suits an experienced professional eager to contribute to a dynamic, growing organization while advancing their Salesforce expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and test automation processes to enhance efficiency across all business teams.
  • Respond to user issues and bugs, implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to automate or redesign business processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using API and middleware technologies, addressing potential issues and maximizing benefits.
  • Ensure full project lifecycle management, including clear scope definition, unit testing, user testing, and training.
  • Maintain data accuracy, monitor patterns, and address discrepancies.
  • Support ongoing adoption of new technologies, including AI solutions, to enhance business operations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years implementing complex flows and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Self-starter mindset, proactive in spotting opportunities to add value.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices, unit testing, and full project lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with integrating multiple systems with Salesforce using APIs or middleware.
  • Interest in adopting and implementing new technologies, including AI solutions, to improve processes.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and personal/professional growth.
  • Previous experience working in small, agile, dynamic business environments.
