About the Role
This role offers a mix of coordinating a custom Salesforce.com setup with Pardot, as well as managing the online meeting system (EventsAir) for global B2B trade shows. Ideal for someone genuinely interested in CRM systems and keen to advance their skills, the position focuses on daily execution of CRM campaigns and delivering direct communications to clients. Precision, organisational strength, and a proactive mindset are key.
Main Focus
- Support the event platform and manage outputs of the meeting system for travel trade events
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to improve Pardot and EventsAir operations
- Contribute to the delivery of all CRM initiatives
- Work with internal teams to prepare and deliver each event phase
Responsibilities
- Oversee ad-hoc tickets for EventsAir and Pardot
- Manage forms, content, and different phases of the appointment system and other CRM tools
- Maintain the CRM schedule to ensure timely delivery of content and phases
- Resolve technical issues and liaise with support teams when needed
- Maintain clean and accurate data
Experience
- Experience using a marketing automation tool (Pardot preferred; Marketo, Act-On, or similar also valuable)
- Understanding of event management systems
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of the travel or events industry is a plus
