About the Role
As a CRM Systems Analyst at Tulip, you will be integral in optimizing business systems, enhancing operations, and supporting strategic initiatives across sales, marketing, post-sales, and finance teams. The role will leverage technology to streamline operations, improve sales productivity, and enhance system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business systems like Salesforce, Gong.io, ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet—providing provisioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
- Optimize system configurations to improve business processes, automate workflows, and enhance data capture. Utilize Salesforce features such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Lightning Web Components.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Partner/Channel teams to identify configuration gaps and manage project roadmaps.
- Document system configuration, process flows, and create user manuals for internal reference.
- Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce for ad-hoc reporting needs.
Required Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience in managing and optimizing Salesforce and other business systems.
- Proven ability to implement technical solutions that drive business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various functions.
- Self-motivated and curious, with a results-oriented mindset and a strong desire for continuous development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in tools like Marketo, ZoomInfo, Gong.io, Dun & Bradstreet, etc. is a plus.
