About the Role

This role focuses on supporting digital real estate transactions by enhancing the lead-to-close experience for agents, brokers, and their clients. With decades of experience in the real estate sector, the organization continues to adapt and provide valuable support in an ever-changing industry.

The Enterprise Business Associate will manage reporting and analytics for enterprise clients, ensuring compliance with executed agreements. This position requires multitasking, precise communication, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Salesforce cases related to enterprise activities, including MLS and Association compliance, documentation of communications, and execution of agreements for timely data access.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate reports for enterprise clients regularly and on demand.
  • Conduct client audits by validating lists and performing research when needed.
  • Collaborate across departments to maintain and strengthen relationships with AORs (Associations of Realtors) and MLSs (Multiple Listing Services).
  • Ensure processes are legally compliant and thoroughly documented for reference.
  • Contribute to refining departmental guidelines and workflows.
  • Assist the Enterprise Team with special projects as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma required; additional education is advantageous.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
  • Experience in the real estate or software industry is beneficial.
  • Ability to understand and address the unique requirements of over 1,000 AORs and MLS organizations across the continent.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and JIRA is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Capacity to manage heavy workloads efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
  • Access to reliable internet and a dedicated home workspace is required.
