About the Role

Fulton Bank is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support and enhance its Salesforce environment, with a strong focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and nCino-managed packages. This role involves full-cycle development, configuration, and deployment, as well as collaboration with business and IT teams to deliver adaptable and secure Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and support Fulton Bank’s Salesforce platform (FSC and nCino)
  • Lead and contribute to software design, coding, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable solutions
  • Write and maintain technical documentation
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding best practices
  • Continuously explore new industry practices and Salesforce features

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of application development experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with Lightning Web Components, Flows, APEX
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with nCino-based solutions
  • Background in CI/CD using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX
  • Understanding of secure web architectures and scalable development strategies
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II)
