About the Role
Fulton Bank is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support and enhance its Salesforce environment, with a strong focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and nCino-managed packages. This role involves full-cycle development, configuration, and deployment, as well as collaboration with business and IT teams to deliver adaptable and secure Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and support Fulton Bank’s Salesforce platform (FSC and nCino)
- Lead and contribute to software design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable solutions
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding best practices
- Continuously explore new industry practices and Salesforce features
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of application development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with Lightning Web Components, Flows, APEX
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud
Preferred Skills
- Experience with nCino-based solutions
- Background in CI/CD using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX
- Understanding of secure web architectures and scalable development strategies
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II)
