A provider of software solutions, including ERP, CRM, Asset Tracking, Simulation, and Formulation, is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator. The company specializes in supporting the process manufacturing industry with software designed to solve complex challenges. Its technology helps businesses that produce goods used in sanitation, agriculture, personal care, cleaning, and recycling.

About the Role

This position involves managing, configuring, and maintaining the Salesforce platform to support business needs. Strong knowledge of CPQ and process automation is important to improve efficiency and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee system architecture to ensure design decisions align with business strategy.
  • Act as the primary contact for Salesforce-related inquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Configure Salesforce to support various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
  • Implement and manage automation tools, such as workflows, process builder, and approval processes.
  • Maintain CPQ products and price books, handling complex pricing rules, bundling, and discount schedules.
  • Perform data management tasks, including imports, deduplication, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage customer and partner experience sites, ensuring updates reflect business needs.
  • Configure user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings to maintain data security and compliance.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Track license usage and address compliance concerns.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to enhance system performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator and CPQ certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or Platform App Builder.
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  • Experience managing Salesforce environments with multiple integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with Copado and other DevOps tools.
  • Understanding of HubSpot for marketing automation.
