About the Role

Brightwheel is looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to support go-to-market operations. The ideal candidate will leverage systems expertise and collaborate across teams to enhance business operations, improve efficiency, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The role requires a strategic, analytical, and creative mindset, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance systems and processes to scale with expanding sales and customer success teams
  • Lead Salesforce administration efforts, managing integrations with various systems and apps
  • Work with stakeholders to solve business and operational challenges, creating technical solutions that meet requirements
  • Conduct regular audits, identify data integrity issues, and implement automated solutions for data cleansing
  • Create documentation, training materials, and user enablement resources for Salesforce processes and integrated systems

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations, including 3+ years of Salesforce administration in a high-growth, dynamic environment (preferably in B2B software)
  • Proven experience with tools and integrations used in sales, marketing, and customer operations (e.g., Outreach, Intercom, Hubspot)
  • Expertise in Salesforce’s declarative features, such as workflows, validation rules, process builder, and flows
  • Experience with Apex development is a plus
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to solve problems creatively, overcoming obstacles and addressing key business challenges
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to process data and make data-driven decisions

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $142,000 – $174,000 per year
