About the Role

A rapidly growing software start-up is seeking an experienced Lead Solution Consultant (m/f/d) to collaborate with partners and customers in using conemis software for their projects. The role involves supporting new users, assisting existing users with challenges, and enabling organizations to manage enterprise software complexities effectively. The focus is on driving practical outcomes and supporting business progress through efficient solutions.

The Lead Solution Consultant will assist customers in transitioning to new business applications using conemis software. As the primary contact, this individual will design effective solutions to maximize the software’s value and ensure successful project outcomes. This position is ideal for a creative problem-solver who can bring innovative approaches to challenges and contribute to refining customer-focused processes in coordination with the product team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address functional challenges for customers through practical and hands-on solutions.
  • Operate conemis software to support customer success and demonstrate effective use.
  • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships by understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Deliver demonstrations and training sessions to educate and onboard clients and partners.
  • Act as a representative for customer interests, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
  • Provide actionable feedback to internal teams to enhance the software.
  • Continuously improve internal processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive successful outcomes through structured and solution-oriented approaches.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • A degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable experience.
  • Significant professional experience in project delivery, software consulting, enablement, or technical account management within IT consulting or enterprise software settings.
  • Strong knowledge of business applications, especially CRM and Salesforce, along with experience in data migration or integration.
  • Technical expertise in software and data structures.
  • Fluency in English and German, combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in managing discussions and leading customer interactions effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to high-paced environments and manage multiple priorities with discipline.
  • Interest in process improvement to enhance both individual and organizational productivity.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-focused work style.
