About the Role

The Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation, optimizing campaigns, and improving lead conversion. This position requires a forward-thinking expert in marketing automation, analytics, and process management to enhance marketing effectiveness and alignment with sales through AI-driven technology. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Technology & Automation

  • Oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and AI-enhanced efficiency
  • Design and manage marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing programs, and segmentation strategies
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to improve performance and operational scalability
  • Align marketing technology roadmap with business goals in collaboration with IT, sales, and finance

Lead and Contact Management

  • Manage lead scoring, routing, and assignment processes
  • Enhance lead handoff and conversion rates through close collaboration with the sales team

Data Management & Analytics

  • Maintain data accuracy across marketing systems using enrichment and cleansing tools
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and provide actionable insights
  • Analyze performance by channel and source to optimize campaigns

Process & Project Management

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and document SOPs for marketing processes
  • Train marketing team on automation platforms and best practices

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to GDPR and data privacy standards
  • Conduct regular system audits and enforce governance policies

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, sales, IT, and research teams to align operations with strategic goals
  • Share regular performance updates and cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or automation
  • Expertise in platforms such as Pardot or HubSpot and CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker Studio, and Excel
  • Advanced data management and segmentation capabilities
  • Proven ability to design and execute lead nurturing journeys
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign performance evaluation
  • Strategic understanding of AI integration in marketing functions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest or background in energy, commodities, or financial markets
  • Experience developing training for marketing technology users
  • Continuous learner with a proactive approach to exploring emerging tools and trends
