About the Role
The Data Enrichment Specialist plays a vital role in managing and improving data enrichment processes. Using tools such as HG Insights, ZoomInfo, and Dun & Bradstreet, this position ensures accurate and comprehensive firmographic and technographic data integration into Salesforce account records. This role supports marketing, go-to-market strategies, and sales operations while working closely with business analysts and Salesforce product owners. Success in this position requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor relationship management to enhance data quality and provide valuable insights to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Manage the integration and maintenance of data from enrichment tools into Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales operations, and other teams to identify data needs and implement solutions that enhance account records.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data enrichment processes.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits and validations of Salesforce data to maintain high-quality firmographic and technographic information.
- Reporting: Work with the Sales Technology Team to create and present reports on data enrichment activities and their impact on sales and marketing outcomes.
- Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to teams on effectively utilizing enriched data in Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with data enrichment tools such as HG Insights, ZoomInfo, and Dun & Bradstreet.
- Proficiency in Salesforce with a strong understanding of its data structures.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Pardot, LeanData, or Demandbase.
- Prior experience in a B2B sales environment.
