About the Role
An expanding multinational IT services company is seeking an experienced Account Executive specializing in the Salesforce ecosystem. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, negotiating agreements, and keeping up with industry trends. Collaboration with internal teams across revenue operations, delivery, and finance is a key component of the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with prospective customers to understand their challenges and goals.
- Develop strong relationships with Salesforce Sales & Account Executives to support pre-sales efforts and achieve ACV targets.
- Acquire new customers and meet sales goals for services including Digital Strategy, Managed Services, Salesforce Implementations, and Data & Integrations.
- Identify and develop business opportunities within assigned territories and account lists.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Provide insights on the Salesforce platform and offer solutions to address business needs.
- Contribute to a collaborative and energetic work environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage unique strengths in the Salesforce partnership.
- Handle complete sales cycles, presenting the value of a full range of services.
- Create strategies for attracting new clients and growing existing relationships.
- Use CRM tools to track sales activities and manage opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring a competitive edge is maintained.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle sales within a fast-growing technology setting.
- Proven ability in lead generation and business development.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Salesforce or related products.
- Background in selling professional services within a technology-focused organization.
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms in technology or consulting.
- Experience collaborating on web design and content development.
