About the Role
Join Seacoast Bank as a Salesforce Administration Team Lead and contribute to building solutions for business growth by managing and enhancing our Salesforce environment. You’ll collaborate with business partners to create and implement Salesforce solutions, especially in managing loan production lifecycles and service request processes. This role involves analyzing, enhancing, and maintaining the application to improve business performance, working alongside project teams, and ensuring system effectiveness. Your expertise in Salesforce and your ability to lead cross-functional teams will have a direct impact on Seacoast’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, administration, and maintenance of Salesforce and nCino solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to design and deploy effective Salesforce applications, aligning business goals with technology.
- Manage the integration of Salesforce with other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and process automation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide solutions that enhance the operational efficiency of the Salesforce platform.
- Serve as the go-to expert for Salesforce-related issues and provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members.
- Coordinate and execute Salesforce deployments, including the configuration of security and data access protocols.
- Support the entire Salesforce lifecycle including development, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of Salesforce administration experience, including hands-on experience with Salesforce, nCino, and other CRM solutions.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning.
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools and Agile/SCRUM methodology.
- Experience with integration platforms and APIs.
- Ability to communicate effectively across organizational layers and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Developer certification.
- Experience with nCino platform.
- Familiarity with Apex programming language, Visualforce, and report writing tools.
