About the Role
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager, the Salesforce Administrator will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of AccountsIQ’s sales and marketing operations. This position involves optimizing processes, managing technology tools, analyzing data, and supporting cross-functional teams to align with business goals. The role requires a hands-on professional with deep Salesforce expertise who can streamline workflows, enhance data quality, and enable teams to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce (SFDC) day-to-day, including user accounts, reports, dashboards, workflows, and customizations.
- Customize Salesforce to meet evolving business needs.
- Build and maintain objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation to support lead management and customer lifecycle processes.
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into sales and revenue performance.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
- Oversee data management, imports, exports, and cleansing to ensure accuracy and GDPR compliance.
- Train new and existing Salesforce users, providing best practices and ongoing support.
- Support integrations with tools including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AirCall, and others.
- Act as the first point of contact for Sales users, assisting with lead generation and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Active Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data architecture.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and Data Loader.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with a passion for automation.
- Analytical skills combined with excellent written, numerical, and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with Revenue Operations KPIs and principles.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams.
- Willingness to attend the London office once per week.
