About the Role
A Salesforce Administrator is needed to support Network Partners with their Salesforce CRM platforms. This role includes daily support, ongoing maintenance, developing new features, and encouraging strong adoption across the network. This is a hybrid position, combining home-based work with regular office presence. The London office is the main base, and attendance is expected at least once per week for team meetings (travel costs not covered).
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with Service Cloud and Non-Profit Success Pack
- Background configuring Salesforce solutions for non-profit or service-focused organizations
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to act independently and make decisions confidently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks

Desirable Experience
- Familiarity with services for older people
- Field Service certification or experience
- Gearset experience
- Experience with Conga

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Teams and Excel
