About the Role

The Salesforce System Administrator will support the marketing department by managing and enhancing the Salesforce environment. This includes working with internal teams to configure, maintain, and optimize the platform while supporting business development and international coordination efforts. The role combines technical administration, data management, workflow automation, user support, and reporting. It’s well-suited to someone detail-oriented and proactive, who has a strong grasp of Salesforce tools and is interested in developing their career within a respected professional services organization.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration & Configuration

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator
  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings
  • Customize page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Configure flows and process builder for automation
  • Ensure regular maintenance, data backups, and system updates
  • Support platform integrations and troubleshoot issues as needed

Data Integrity & Analysis

  • Oversee data imports, exports, deduplication, and validation
  • Monitor data quality and implement controls for accuracy
  • Build reports and dashboards to support various business functions

User Support & Training

  • Provide training and guidance to users across departments
  • Respond to support requests and manage change logs
  • Encourage platform adoption through education and process improvement

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with stakeholders in marketing and business development
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
  • Coordinate initiatives between local and global users

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • At least 1 year of experience with Lightning and Experience Cloud
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Shield
  • Proficient in user management, process automation, security controls, and report building
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Flows and AppExchange tools
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or integrations via APIs or third-party tools is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with care and discretion
  • Bachelor’s degree or coursework in computer science, business, marketing, or a related field
