About the Role
The Salesforce Administrator will play a pivotal role within the RevOps team, supporting go-to-market operations and enabling seamless collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Finance. The position involves managing Salesforce and integrated applications, automating workflows, improving data accuracy, and ensuring system reliability. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a fast-growing company while optimizing business processes across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce and integrated tools (Hubspot, Gong, Orum, ZoomInfo, 6sense).
- Develop custom fields, flows, and processes to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Manage system integrations, ensuring smooth data flow and compliance with usage limits.
- Monitor data quality through validation rules, periodic reviews, and cleansing processes.
- Create and update documentation to support technical rollouts and user adoption.
- Build reports and dashboards to measure team performance and support business decisions.
- Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting across internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, functionality, and limitations.
- Experience designing and implementing new processes with a change management mindset.
- Strong skills in data management and reporting.
- Proficiency with G-Suite and Excel.
- Experience with integrations and familiarity with common integration patterns.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred, not mandatory).
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Gong, ZoomInfo, Orum, or 6sense is a plus.
