About the Role
The Salesforce Administrator will manage and optimize the Salesforce platform to meet business needs, support integrations with tools like Gong and HubSpot, and collaborate with GTM teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions. The role involves user management, maintaining data quality, and providing training and documentation for team adoption. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of Salesforce Admin experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security configurations
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, record types, flows, and page layouts
- Integrate with tools such as Gong, HubSpot, and other GTM platforms
- Work closely with GTM teams to understand business requirements and deliver CRM solutions that enhance revenue generation
- Maintain high data quality standards, including deduplication and audits
- Provide training and documentation to support team adoption and enablement
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM/RevOps role
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform functionality
- Experience with data management tools like Data Loader or DemandTools
- Proficiency in automation tools (Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder)
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating business requirements into scalable system solutions
- A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech company is advantageous
- Bonus: Familiarity with AppExchange apps, Apex, or system integrations
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: $74,000–$100,000 USD per year, designed for upward mobility in the role
