About the Role
This role is ideal for an AI-savvy Salesforce professional seeking to enhance workflow efficiency and internal user experience in a growing SaaS company. The position focuses on deploying AI integrations, building Salesforce applications, and automating processes to support both internal teams and customers. It provides opportunities to contribute strategically to platform-wide initiatives, work with cutting-edge AI tools, and play a central role in shaping secure and compliant business processes on an international scale.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services teams to optimize Salesforce workflows and internal user experience.
- Deploy AI tools integrated with Salesforce to improve efficiency in internal and external processes.
- Develop and enhance applications using Salesforce Flows, Lightning components, and improved layouts.
- Create AI-driven automations using platforms such as n8n.
- Provide proactive recommendations for process and platform improvements.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
- Conduct testing to ensure high-quality and reliable Salesforce solutions and automations.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin; developer experience is a plus.
- Hands-on expertise with AI tools and deployments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Skilled in Flow Builder, integrations, and automation tools such as n8n.
- Excellent English communication; German language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background.

- Salesforce certifications demonstrating expertise.
- Experience designing, testing, and deploying scalable Salesforce applications.
