About the Role
Detroit Training Center is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to strengthen its student support systems through data, automation, and technology. This role involves optimizing the Salesforce platform to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery. You’ll also explore how AI can be integrated into core systems to further scale the organization’s impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and manage the Salesforce environment to support training programs and services
- Administer user roles, permissions, and data integrity protocols
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor student outcomes
- Provide ongoing Salesforce training and support to internal staff
- Work cross-functionally to gather requirements and implement system improvements
- Ensure platform configurations reflect current best practices and system capabilities
- Integrate Salesforce with other tools, including the website, Zapier, and communication platforms
- Research and pilot AI technologies that enhance operational workflows
- Apply AI tools to automate or improve existing processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally with hands-on platform customization
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security features
- Ability to create workflows, custom fields, and comprehensive reporting
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively
- Interest or experience in AI tools and systems
