About the Role

This position involves maintaining, configuring, and developing Salesforce solutions to streamline processes and support business operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, implement technical customizations, and ensure seamless system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and optimize the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators to develop scalable technology solutions.
  • Maintain and expand functionality within the Sales and Marketing tech stack.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Handle data import, export, and cleansing tasks.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.
  • Build and update workflows, automation, approval processes, and validation rules.
  • Develop Flows, Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce pages to extend platform capabilities.
  • Design and configure custom objects, fields, and record types.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external data sources using APIs.
  • Manage release cycles, deployments, and system optimization efforts.
  • Implement best practices in coding and system management.
  • Write and maintain test classes, perform debugging, and conduct system testing.
  • Document processes, provide training, and offer ongoing support to end users.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates to maximize system efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of Salesforce experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and Lightning Components.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes, REST and SOAP-based web services.
  • Salesforce certification in at least one of the following:
    • Salesforce Administrator
    • Platform Developer
    • Integration Architecture Designer
    • System Architect
    • Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer
    • Data Architect
    • Application Architect
    • JavaScript Developer
    • User Experience Designer
  • Experience working with tools such as Conga Composer, DocuSign, HubSpot, Totango, Gearset, Panaya Foresight, Celigo, or Ironclad is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance administrative and development tasks.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management skills.
