About the Role

The Salesforce Administrator is a critical member of the Enterprise Solutions Team, responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the FirstCLASS platform, which is powered by Salesforce. This role involves working with a variety of connected applications including Financial Services Cloud, DocuSign, Informatica, Copado, and Skuid. The position requires a technically skilled, team-oriented individual with a strong understanding of Salesforce technology and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflows in a complex org
  • Manage Record Triggered Flows and Screen Flows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform support requests, escalating as needed
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support and share best practices to enhance platform usage
  • Monitor platform updates and identify new features to improve business processes
  • Manage profiles, roles, permission sets, and conduct audit testing to ensure platform security
  • Maintain and improve data quality through reporting and collaboration with business units
  • Promote adoption of Salesforce tools across departments and support internal training
  • Respond to user support requests via calls, emails, and web cases
  • Oversee documentation, testing, and adherence to development standards
  • Participate in business development by identifying and referring potential customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience administering or consulting with Salesforce
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder) preferred
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Access)
  • Experience with functional specifications and process journey mapping
  • Background in banking or financial services preferred
  • Strong communication skills, including end-user training experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working with cloud-based technologies
