About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, the Salesforce Administrator will manage and enhance ImageTrend’s CRM platform. This position plays a key part in supporting Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams, ensuring that tools, data, and workflows are set up for effective collaboration and operational clarity in the SaaS healthcare and public safety sectors. The role also covers administration of related business tools including CPQ, marketing automation, billing, and cross-system integrations. Focus areas include system configuration, automation, reporting, and continuous improvement of processes that support company-wide goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud environments
- Manage users, roles, permissions, workflows, Flows, objects, fields, dashboards, and reports
- Act as the primary contact for Salesforce-related questions, training, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with teams across departments to improve pipeline tracking, account data, and forecasting
- Ensure clean data transfer and alignment between Salesforce and tools such as monday.com, DealHub, NetSuite, and HubSpot
- Administer connected applications and assist with upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting
- Document processes and build training resources to support system adoption
- Lead or contribute to internal projects aimed at reducing manual effort and increasing process consistency
- Travel as needed for onboarding, events, or team collaboration
Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related area (or equivalent experience)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred)
- Previous experience administering Salesforce in a SaaS organization
- Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Process Builder
- Experience with CPQ tools (DealHub preferred), CRM Analytics or similar platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with integrated systems like NetSuite, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Monday.com, and Zapier is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to solving problems
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
- Willing to travel up to 10% based on role requirements
