About the Role

IntelligenceBank is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the team and support go-to-market (GTM) operations. Reporting to the Senior Data & Insights Manager, the role serves as a trusted advisor for Salesforce and GTM tools, enabling operational excellence across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Salesforce CRM, maintaining objects, workflows, and automation to meet business needs
  • Develop, enhance, and document Salesforce Flows & automations to improve efficiency
  • Maintain GTM technology stack, including ZoomInfo, Sales Engagement, PandaDoc, and conversation intelligence tools
  • Ensure data hygiene and actionable data quality for GTM teams
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance for reporting, analytics, and process improvements
  • Define KPIs across the customer lifecycle and deliver dashboards for decision-making and forecasting
  • Support change management initiatives to optimize GTM processes
  • Leverage AI tools for automation, data analysis, and actionable insights

Required Skills

  • Extensive Salesforce administration experience, including building and maintaining custom objects
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales processes and RevOps functions
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, automations, and integrations with GTM tools
  • Strong collaboration skills with GTM teams and Finance
  • Data hygiene and analytics skills with ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI prompting for workflow automation
  • Familiarity with revenue forecasting tools (Salesforce, Gong)
  • Experience with data sources and tools like ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet, Chorus, Outreach, Pardot/Account Engagement, Qualified/Drift, RingLead
