About the Role
Launchpad is looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance its Salesforce platform. The role involves configuring solutions that meet business needs, ensuring seamless integrations, and supporting users to maximize productivity. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, technical expertise, and a focus on delivering value through the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform, managing user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective Salesforce solutions.
- Build and maintain workflows, process builders, validation rules, and custom objects to support scalable processes.
- Oversee integrations with third-party systems, ensuring smooth data flow and efficient processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to maintain platform stability.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with policies.
- Provide ongoing training and support to end users to promote adoption and best practices.
- Stay informed about Salesforce updates and recommend enhancements to improve system functionality.
- Lead Salesforce-related projects, such as migrations, upgrades, and new implementations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or additional Salesforce certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and process automation.
- Proficiency with data management tools such as Data Loader and Salesforce Reports/Dashboards.
- Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft, Zapier, or APIs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
- Knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or advanced Salesforce tools.
- Familiarity with Territory Management and forecasting processes.
