About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to support our digital transformation efforts. If you have a passion for optimizing systems, resolving technical challenges, and working with diverse teams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee user management, profiles, and permissions
- Configure custom fields, Lightning pages, and validation rules
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation workflows
- Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve system issues, and gather requirements
- Conduct regular health checks on the Salesforce environment and propose improvements
- Assist with UAT and monitor Salesforce releases
- Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate documentation
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Admin Certification (mandatory)
- Practical experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Account Engagement
- Proficiency in Flow, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Desirable: Experience with Apex, Aura, and LWC
