About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to support our digital transformation efforts. If you have a passion for optimizing systems, resolving technical challenges, and working with diverse teams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee user management, profiles, and permissions
  • Configure custom fields, Lightning pages, and validation rules
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation workflows
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve system issues, and gather requirements
  • Conduct regular health checks on the Salesforce environment and propose improvements
  • Assist with UAT and monitor Salesforce releases
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate documentation
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (mandatory)
  • Practical experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Account Engagement
  • Proficiency in Flow, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Desirable: Experience with Apex, Aura, and LWC
