About the Role
The Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in supporting operations by managing Salesforce functionality, optimizing processes, and enhancing system efficiency. This position involves technical administration, reporting, vendor coordination, and process improvements to support scalability and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user access, configurations, and data integrity within Salesforce.
- Enhance Salesforce functionalities through customizations and workflow improvements.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track performance and operational goals.
- Integrate national and public data sources to support strategic initiatives.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Provide Salesforce training and support to internal teams.
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with external partners for enhancements.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract tracking, and coordination.
- Support operational efficiency initiatives across departments.
- Analyze data to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including report/dashboard creation, workflows, and automation.
- Experience in Salesforce development and customization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization (e.g., Salesforce dashboards, Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools).
- Ability to source and utilize national and publicly available data.
- Skilled in explaining Salesforce functionalities to non-technical users.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience in operations, process improvement, or project coordination.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Interest in healthcare innovation, particularly value-based care.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare or value-based care is highly desirable.
